Fedor Sergeev is a research intern at Basis and a PhD candidate in machine learning at ETH Zurich, exploring the intersection of time-series modeling, physics-informed ML, and Bayesian deep learning. His recent research has focused on time-series foundation models, meta-learning, and ODE-based models with applications to ICU and microbiome time series. Currently at Basis, his work centers on the probabilistic modeling of population dynamics.
