Abin Binoy George

Research Intern, Basis Research Institute

Abin Binoy George is a research intern at Basis and a PhD student in the Robomorphic Computing Lab at Boston University, advised by Sabrina Neuman. His research focuses on the co-design of robots — jointly optimizing morphology, control, and compute to find Pareto-optimal systems that deliver the best performance at the least energy. He is interested in building accelerators for robotics that make controllers faster and more energy-efficient. As an intern at Basis, he works on the R-ADA project, mentored by Tim Cooijmans.
